Wilmington Orthopaedic Group, the longest standing orthopaedic practice in southeastern North Carolina, was founded in 1955. We are comprised of fellowship trained physicians specializing in orthopaedic surgery and physical medicine who are committed to the highest standards of quality and cost-efficient orthopaedic medical care.

We are located at 2716 Ashton Drive. One of our practitioners is always available by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A physician, physician assistant, triage nurse or medical assistant will respond to you in a timely manner. We attend to emergencies promptly. Patients with urgent problems can be seen on a same-day basis.
